PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship physical products, excluding gift vouchers, outside of the UK. All not gift vouchers purchased for delivery outside the UK will be refunded.

Our delivery charges to mainland UK are free for gift voucher purchases. There will be a standard charge of £2.99 for all other product purchases unless stated differently in your shopping cart.

Under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulation 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within 7 working days of purchase. This applies to all purchases except gift voucher purchases, were you have a 24hour cancellation notice only. Returns: You should return goods in their original packaging. If you return goods to us we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we strongly recommend you use recorded delivery. If goods are lost or damaged during transit we will not refund you, so please cover yourself with a secure delivery method. Cancellation:If you wish to cancel your order we ask that you advise us at least 48hrs before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund. If 48hrs, notice is not given, we will not refund the delivery charge.All orders for products are subject to availability.Debit and credit card security:Credit and debit card processing is handled in a secure manner using PayPal.
